Master Community Developer, Sunway Property has recorded a take-up rate of 80% for the first tower of its integrated and freehold Sunway Avila development at a private event which was attended by 800 priority registrants in Sunway Avila Sales Gallery on Saturday, May 25.

Sunway Avila is Sunway Property’s maiden foray into Wangsa Maju.
