Sunway Property's Campaign Offers Homes For the New Norm in High-Growth Areas at a Low Booking Fee of RM 500


Master Community Developer, Sunway Property has launched its first campaign for the year, “Warmest as One, with Sunway Property” specially to welcome new homeowners into its communities.


During the campaign period which is from now till February 28, buyers can look forward to its “Warmest Prosperity Deals” which include a low booking fee of RM 500 for some of Sunway Property’s latest launches and hottest-selling properties, a Chinese New Year lucky dip up to RM 8,888, a free kitchen cabinet and mystery gift.


Central Region Executive Director, Chong Sau Min said the participating projects for the campaign includes two new projects - Sunway Artessa and Sunway d’hill Residences with the others being Sunway Property’s best-selling developments Sunway Belfield, Sunway Velocity TWO and Sunway Serene.


“With the campaign, we look forward to welcoming new residents to our new norm developments which are in high-growth areas to yield the best capital appreciation,” he said.
