“Wang Nilai” CNY at MR D.I.Y.

 With Chinese New Year [CNY] just about less than a month away, Malaysians are gearing up for the next big festive season by keeping an eye out for great deals that will stretch their ringgit further.

Understanding this, homegrown retailer MR D.I.Y. Group [M] Berhad has rolled out its 2023 CNY campaign, aptly themed “Wang Nilai.”, aimed at helping Malaysians add more “Nilai” [value]  to their “Wang” [money] when shopping for the festive season. 

From 26 December 2022 to 21 January 2023, MR D.I.Y will have over 100 CNY-themed products for sale at “Always Low Prices”, including the must-have Chinese lanterns.  At about 80cm in height and at just RM53.00 for a pair, these are expected to be a huge hit with customers this Chinese New Year.  

Other festive essentials available at MR D.I.Y stores nationwide include “ang pow” red packets, as well as decorative items like lanterns in multiple sizes, wall and door stickers,  hanging decor items, flowers made from plastic and fabric, and LED lights.

Houseproud hosts will be pleased with a wide selection of tablecloths, runners, pillows, floor mats and ceramic dinner sets, while gift-toting guests will find gift bags, boxes, baskets, and other receptacles very useful. 

The excitement isn’t only limited to MR D.I.Y stores. From January 1 to 31, 2023, MR. DOLLAR and MR. TOY will also showcase “Wang Nilai” offers including snacks, drinks, household products, and toys.
