As we embarked on our culinary journey at Et Cetera, we were immediately captivated by the luxurious Tiger Prawn Carpaccio. This exquisite dish combines the freshness of semi-cooked tiger prawns with a delightful prawn aioli, all served atop crispy popiah skin. The combination of flavors and textures creates a symphony of taste that is truly unforgettable.

Moving on to the Sea Bream Ceviche, we were treated to a refreshing and vibrant dish. The delicate slices of sea bream, marinated in zesty lime juice, offered a burst of freshness with each bite. Accompanied by the flavorful chimichurri sauce, this dish showcased the perfect balance of flavors and textures.

The Miso Sea Bream was another standout dish that left us craving for more. The perfectly cooked sea bream fillet, infused with white wine and miso, delivered a harmonious blend of savory and umami notes. Served alongside grilled kailan, this dish was a true celebration of flavors.


For those who prefer poultry, the Grilled Chicken at Et Cetera is an absolute must-try. Despite using lean chicken breast, the dish remained succulent and juicy, thanks to the expert marination in red wine and balsamic vinegar. Served with a refreshing salsa, this dish showcased the chef's mastery in creating bold and tantalizing flavors.

Not to be missed is the Orange Duck Taglioline, a tantalizing combination of fresh tagliolini pasta, tender confit whole duck leg, and a luscious orange gravy. The richness of the duck paired with the tangy sweetness of the oranges created a symphony of flavors that delighted our taste buds.

And let's not forget the Charred Peri Pappardelle, featuring freshly made pasta tossed with charred peppers and grated Grana Padano cheese. This simple yet bold dish offered a medley of smoky, savory, and slightly spicy flavors that left us wanting more.
