Sunway Property Launches Signature Campaign 2024, Introducing Over RM2 billion GDV In New Launches

 Master Community Developer, Sunway Property has unveiled its annual Signature Series campaign for 2024. This marks the third year of the campaign, which will run from March 18 to June 30 nationwide, following last year’s success, which recorded RM 1 billion in bookings. 

Sunway Property Chief Brand and Marketing Officer Gerard Yuen said, “This year’s campaign will feature bigger and more exciting deals, as we are also celebrating a significant milestone this year – Sunway Group’s 50th anniversary. Homebuyers can look forward to our four new Signature Homes, which will launch across Klang Valley, Johor, Ipoh and Penang as part of the campaign.”

Totalling more than RM2 billion in GDV, these Signature Homes are all crafted using SDDA (Sunway Design and Development Architecture), which is Sunway Property’s governing design philosophy to deliver unrivalled features of Sustainability, Innovation, Health and Wellness, and Lifestyle and New Experiences to communities in its developments.

Homebuyers will receive exclusive “Experience Sunway” deals, which include dining, health & wellness, hospitality, retail, and more offers across the Sunway ecosystem. Kicking off Sunway Property’s first launch of the year, Sunway Velocity 3 will open for preview in April. The development is worth RM1.8 billion in GDV and is located within the vibrant Sunway Velocity township, offering Co-Living Ready features and seamless connectivity to Mall, Healthcare, Hotel, Office, Education, and Retail which are owned and operated by Sunway. Residents in Sunway Velocity 3 will have easy access to MRT & LRT stations, just one station away from Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) and the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

In May, Sunway Property will launch the final phase of Sunway Aviana, a gated and guarded residential estate worth RM78 million in GDV. Ipoh: 4 Signature Deals, 1 Signature Home

Coming in June, Sunway Property’s third new launch of its signature campaign features Sunway Bayu – boasting 168 units of flexi terrace homes cradled in ample greens spanning 9.41 acres of land. Backdropped by resplendent million-year-old limestone hills, the residential estate worth RM90 million in GDV is located in the award-winning integrated resort township of Sunway City Ipoh. Sunway Bayu features wellness-centric facilities and homes with spacious and practical layouts with built-ups from 1,044 sq ft to 1,485 sq ft with 3-4 bedrooms.
