NCT GROUP LAUNCHES FINAL PHASE OF ION BELIAN GARDEN

 NCT Group of Companies (NCT Platinum Sdn Bhd) recently unveiled the final phase of its Ion Belian Garden project, Precinct B-Phase 2, featuring single-storey terrace houses. Following the launch, an outstanding 40% of the 128 units were swiftly taken up within a single day, reflecting the strong demand and confidence in NCT’s commitment to quality and excellence. 

The significant milestone of Precinct-B Phase 2 launch was celebrated during a Raya Open House held by the developer, themed “Raya Ria Riang – Raya Bergaya Bersama NCT”. Precinct B of Ion Belian Garden consists of 186 units of single-storey terrace houses, targeted for completion by 2026. The positive response at the event demonstrate the robust demand for these units, which seamlessly blend modern design with functional living.
