Sunway Property Records RM 1.1 bil In Bookings

 Master Community Developer, Sunway Property, announced the success of its Signature Series 2024 campaign, achieving RM 1.1 billion in bookings across 14 properties nationwide. 

This marks the third consecutive year of growth, with the achievement surpassing the RM 1 billion bookings in 2023 and RM 800 million in 2022.


In conjunction with Sunway Group’s 50th anniversary, the campaign featured special deals and the launch of two new Signature Homes in Klang Valley and Johor. Sunway Velocity 3 in Klang Valley saw 60% of its units sold during its opening weekend in May. Meanwhile, Sunway Aviana in Johor achieved a remarkable 100% take-up in the first two months of its launch. Following this success, Sunway Property will soon launch its first freehold landed home in Sunway City Iskandar Puteri.

The campaign also offered exclusive ‘Experience Sunway’ deals, encompassing dining, health and wellness, hospitality, retail, travel, and other privileges throughout the Sunway ecosystem.

The Sunway Property+ programme, which homebuyers automatically join, offers three key benefits: Care+, Rent+, and Reward+. These pillars provide home maintenance services, rental advantages, and exclusive invites and discounts.


 


In line with enhancing aftersales lifestyle solutions, Sunway Property introduced the Care+ Handyman service on June 14, expanding its Care+ offerings. Initially available for 3,093 residential units in Klang Valley at its flagship Sunway South Quay and Sunway Serene, this service will soon extend to more units and regions as the service grows.
