Ready, set, race! Malaysians, join MR. TOY’s remote control car tournament

 Attention Malaysian children and parents, are you ready to race? 

MR. TOY, a proud subsidiary of the MR D.I.Y. Group [M] Berhad and a homegrown toy store chain, is thrilled to invite parents and their children to its first-ever “Remote Control Car Tournament”. This exciting national-level inaugural event promises an unforgettable adventure, uniting parents and children for a day filled with teamwork, bonding, and thrilling competition.

Participants stand a chance to win attractive prizes worth up to RM10,000, including MR. TOY cash vouchers, trophies, and medals. The champion will receive RM3,000 cash vouchers, the first runner-up will receive RM2,000 cash vouchers, and the second runner-up will receive RM1,000 cash vouchers. Each of the top three teams will also receive medals and trophies. Additionally, eight consolation prize winners will receive RM500 MR D.I.Y. cash vouchers and medals each. 

To play the game, customers need to follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Form a two-player team [One adult and one child]

Step 2: Race two laps. Each player takes a turn to complete one lap

Step 3: The fastest team from each state and federal territory will compete in the Grand Final 

Divided into two stages, Stage One, the ‘State Tournament,’ aims to find the fastest 11 team finalists to represent each state and federal territory. This game is open to children and their parents and will be played from 14 to 15 December 2024 at 20 selected MR. TOY stores. In Stage Two, the Grand Final, the fastest 11 team finalists will compete at MR. D.I.Y. PLUS IPC Shopping Centre, Damansara, Selangor, to become the champion of the MR. TOY Remote Control Car Tournament.

In conjunction with the game tournament, the retailer is offering customers the opportunity for pre-tournament practice or training at the 20 selected MR. TOY stores near them from 7 to 13 December 2024. Interested participants may join the tournament from 14 to 15 December 2024.
