As a new-age airline, Vietjet is lauded for its effective human resource management system, competitive employee benefits, and dynamic working environment. Operating a new and fuel-efficient fleet, the airline pursues sustainable growth in alignment with its ESG goals. Vietjet also invests in developing aviation human resources through comprehensive international training programs at Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA).
This year’s World HRD Congress explores innovative approaches to human resource management, where AI (artificial intelligence) is expected to play a key role in empowering the workforce and preparing them for the future. As a technology-driven airline, Vietjet continues to set new industry benchmarks by integrating AI into various aspects of its operations, particularly in human resource management and corporate sustainability.
With a multicultural workforce of over 6,000 employees from more than 50 countries and territories, Vietjet has received numerous international accolades, including “Asia’s Best Employer Brand” and “Top 500 Asia’s Leading Brands.” Earlier this year, the airline was once again named the “World's Best Ultra-Low-Cost Carrier” by Airline Ratings while maintaining its 7/7 star safety rating, the highest in the industry. Vietjet consistently ranks among the best and safest low-cost carriers worldwide.
Founded in 1992, the World HRD Congress is one of the largest global events dedicated to careers and HR, bringing together business leaders and HR experts from over 133 countries. The event hosts the Global HR Excellence Awards, with winners selected by a panel of internationally renowned experts.
