G-SHOCK x NIGO®: When Icons Collide


 CASIO Computer Co., Ltd. has unveiled a groundbreaking global collaboration between its legendary shock-resistant brand G-SHOCK and internationally renowned creator NIGO®. This project introduces a lineup of original characters designed by NIGO®, each inspired by G-SHOCK’s most celebrated models — merging decades of watchmaking innovation with street culture artistry.


 Characters with Attitude


The collaboration reimagines four signature G-SHOCK models as bold characters that embody the brand’s philosophy of toughness and resilience:

🕹️DW-5000 → the square-faced original, a tribute to G-SHOCK’s very first design.
🕹️DW-6900 → instantly recognizable with its three circular digital displays.
🕹️GA-2100 → sleek with its octagonal bezel, loved for its minimalist yet edgy look.
🕹️GA-110 → oversized and dimensional, a statement of power and presence.


The new characters — including Goro Rock and Duno Wang-Teng — are brought to life with vibrant coloring and unique detailing, reflecting NIGO®’s deep cultural roots and signature creative vision.


Each character is a symbol of courage, representing those who take on challenges without fear of failure — the same enduring spirit that defines G-SHOCK.

A dedicated special website has been launched, complete with immersive visuals and upcoming animated stories that showcase these characters in action.

Adding to the project’s identity is a bespoke logo, “NIGO: G-SHOCK”. The colon (:) at its center mirrors the digital clock’s hour-minute separator, symbolizing the unbroken bond between G-SHOCK’s legacy of precision and NIGO®’s timeless creative voice.


👑 The Visionary Behind the Art


NIGO®, a pioneer of global street fashion, rose to prominence in the 1990s with his trend-defining brand that reshaped the cultural landscape. In 2010, he founded HUMAN MADE, expanding his influence through countless creative collaborations.


Since 2021, NIGO® has served as Artistic Director at KENZO, bringing fresh perspectives to the LVMH-owned maison. In January 2025, he unveiled a highly anticipated collaborative collection for LOUIS VUITTON with Pharrell Williams, cementing his role as one of today’s most influential tastemakers.
