Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil invites guests to enjoy a flavour-packed weekend feast with the launch of its BBQ & Seafood Buffet Dinner, available every Saturday from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, beginning 5 September until 19 December 2026. Featuring an abundant spread of fresh seafood, grilled favourites and hearty dishes, the buffet offers a relaxed dining experience made for sharing with family and friends.

A highlight of the buffet is the Signature Seafood Treasure Claypot, where guests can customise their own seafood pot with prawns, fish, squid and mussels, served in a rich and aromatic tom yam broth. At the Grill Station, seafood favourites including prawns, fish, mussels, and squid are grilled fresh to order, alongside baked oysters topped with cheese and garlic.

Beyond the seafood selection, guests can tuck into a variety of hearty favourites, including Roasted Chicken with Percik Sauce, Pan-Fried Fish Fillet with Garlic Soy Sauce, Pan-Fried Squid with Onion and Kam Heong Sauce and Wok-Fried Prawns with Butter Crispy Cereal. The Grand Roast Carving Station adds to the spread with Roasted Leg of Lamb and Roasted Beef, while the live pasta station lets guests customise their pasta with their choice of sauce and accompaniments.
