LifeWave (M) Sdn Bhd (“LifeWave Malaysia”), the Malaysian subsidiary of LifeWave®, a global leader in wellness technology, is looking to broaden its wellness portfolio and strengthen its Brand Partner community in 2027 as it marks five years in Malaysia with the opening of its newly renovated Kuala Lumpur office.

The next phase of LifeWave's development will focus on bringing its Human Potential Technology vision to life in Malaysia, extending its offerings beyond phototherapy patches to a broader range of wellness innovations. As part of this direction, LifeWave anticipates expanding into the nutrition category in 2027, reflecting its ambition to diversify its portfolio and address a wider range of wellness needs.
The plans were announced in conjunction with the LifeWave Malaysia Grand Opening Ceremony & 5th Anniversary celebration, attended by LifeWave Founder and CEO David Schmidt.
Since establishing its Malaysian operations in 2021, LifeWave has focused on developing its local presence and growing its Brand Partner community. Malaysia remains an important market in the company's broader Asia-Pacific (APAC) strategy, particularly as it seeks to expand its community, deepen Brand Partner engagement and raise awareness of its wellness innovations.
David Schmidt, Founder and CEO of LifeWave, said, “Over the past five years, Malaysia has become an important part of LifeWave's journey in Asia-Pacific, supported by the dedication of our Brand Partners and the community we have built together. We see significant potential in this market, and the opening of our newly renovated office reflects our confidence in Malaysia and our commitment to its long-term development.”
“As we look towards 2027, our ambition is to introduce more of LifeWave's wellness innovations to Malaysia while creating greater opportunities for our Brand Partners to connect, learn and grow. We want to build on the foundation we have established and help more Malaysians discover how LifeWave can support their wellbeing and pursuit of greater potential,” he added.
Supporting these priorities is LifeWave Malaysia's newly renovated Kuala Lumpur office, which features expanded meeting and training facilities to accommodate more Brand Partner activities without disrupting daily operations. Beyond serving as a corporate workplace, the office is designed to provide a space for Brand Partners to connect, learn and collaborate, reinforcing the company's focus on community development and local support.
Founded in 2004 by Schmidt, LifeWave has built its business around wellness innovation and product development, including its portfolio of phototherapy patches. Its evolution towards Human Potential Technology reflects a broader vision of developing wellness solutions that support wellbeing and help individuals realise their potential.
As LifeWave Malaysia enters its sixth year, the company will focus on strengthening its presence in the market, supporting its Brand Partner community and broadening awareness of its evolving wellness portfolio, while contributing to LifeWave's longer-term ambitions across APAC.
