From buying a home till your interior design there is so much to be done. Even though my new home had accomadate 80% renovation completed there is of course more than that. Well, many say u can move in and stay and my question is Are You Sure?
Some of the things you consider is
1) Furniture
2) Plaster Ceiling / Lighting
3) Plugs
4) Fan Installation.
They expects 100% aircond ? There is no way we can do that and your electrical bill will be freaking high. Not a fan, maybe u can consider dyson stand fan which is idealistic. Ok, we are going for step by step surveys how the design will be approximately for my home. And we will write everything on every bites of our surveys and pen them down.
