DEEZER LAUNCHES ‘HARI RAYA CHANNEL’ TO MARK END OF RAMADHAN

Deezer, the world’s most personal music streaming service is honouring the end of the Islamic holy month of Ramadhan with the launch of the first dedicated Hari Raya channel in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Deezer’s ‘Hari Raya Channel’ will host a selection of exclusive artist-curated playlists and tracks by well-known Muslim artists to celebrate the festival of Eid.





The Hari Raya channel will feature top Muslim artists from Indonesia including Sami Yusuf, Raisa, Armand Maulana, Afgan, Maudy Ayunda, Yura Yunita, Tulus, Rinni Wulandari 3 Composers, and Rizky Febian.  In Malaysia and Singapore, featured artists include Dato Siti Nurhaliza,  Fazura, Bunkface, Farisha Irish and Ary Klangit.



“As Hari Raya is a time of great celebration for all within the Muslim community, we wanted to help spread that joy with a dedicated Hari Raya music channel. Now friends and families can come together with a shared love of music to mark the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadhan,” said Daud Aditirto, Vice President, APAC at Deezer.
