Alibaba.com Unveils “Performance Guaranteed Package” to Help Malaysian SMEs Enter Global Markets

 Alibaba.com, a leading global B2B e-commerce platform, today introduced the “Performance Guaranteed Package” a specially designed initiative to help newly onboarded small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) boost buyer confidence, increase visibility, and achieve measurable export outcomes through the platform.


  



With the global B2B e-commerce market projected to reach USD 20.9 trillion by 2027, according to Research and Markets, and Malaysia targeting RM 1.65 trillion in e-commerce transactions by 2025 under the National e-Commerce Strategic Roadmap (NESR) led by MDEC, Alibaba.com has introduced its “Performance Guaranteed Package” to address this dynamic environment. The programme is designed to help Malaysian SMEs compete in the global B2B e-commerce arena and support businesses transitioning to an online export model.

The Performance Guaranteed Package is available exclusively to new Malaysian suppliers who have joined Alibaba.com within the last three months. It offers:


A guaranteed minimum level of product exposure during the first 90 days

Complimentary product optimisation services delivered by Alibaba.com experts

Priority support and training sessions to maximise buyer engagement

Assurance measures such as refunds or extended service periods if guaranteed KPIs are not met
