Enlace Shoppes by IJM Land and Amona Secures A Diverse Tenant Mix to Serve the Pantai Sentral Park Community

Enlace Shoppes, the retail component within Enlace—a 18.18acre mixed-use  development by IJM Land and Amona located in Pantai Sentral Park—has formalised Memorandums of

Understanding (MOUs) with a curated selection of tenants. This marks a significant milestone in establishing  Enlace Shoppes as a destination designed to meet the everyday needs and lifestyle preferences of the  surrounding community.

Upon completion, the retail mix will feature an extensive and diverse selection of food and beverage offerings.  This will be complemented by a refined offering of lifestyle fashion, beauty and wellness, specialty retail, a  premium supermarket, edutainment and entertainment experiences, as well as essential services and everyday  conveniences.

Anchored by Jaya Grocer, the confirmed tenant mix brings together essential services and lifestyle offerings  under one roof. Junior anchor tenant Anytime Fitness will operate a 24-hour full-service gym, supporting the  health and wellness needs of the community. Guardian offers convenient access to pharmacy and personal care,  while Kolab Detailing brings on-site car wash and detailing services for added convenience.

At the heart of Enlace shoppes is its forest dining concept in the concrete jungle—a zone where food and  beverage outlets are set along tree-canopied pedestrian paths. The space is designed to create inviting areas for  all-day enjoyment, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor spaces. With cozy seating and weather appropriate features, it enhances the dining experience and keeps guests connected with nearby greenbelt. The  dining lineup reflects a wide range of tastes that received great response from the market, including Giglio (Italian), INNBar, Good Blue Men (Western fusion), Mini Thai, Boys Don’t Fry (Western), Seng Kee Chicken Rice (Chinese), Canton Boy (Chinese), MeeLa (Asian), Cotta (Western), Daseo (Korean), Crab Bro Noodles House (Chinese), La Pane Pizza (Italian) and many more.

“Wellness and inclusivity are central to our planning. At Enlace Shoppes we have designed our tenant mix to  truly serve our community’s needs. Beyond offering essential grocery shopping, dining, fitness and wellness  options in one convenient location, we have created a space that connects naturally with Taman Rimba Bukit  Kerinchi (Urban Park). The natural landscaping and environmental considerations in our design reflect our vision  of a retail space that complements rather than competes with its surroundings,” said Datuk Tony Ling, CEO of  IJM Land.

“For our F&B offerings, we have selected unique establishments – each with its own distinct identity and appeal,”  he added.

Enlace Shoppes also includes shared spaces designed to support meaningful community interaction. These  include green terraces for quiet reflection or small events and thoughtfully designed playgrounds. Accessibility features such as assisted washrooms and step-free access ensure that the space is inclusive for all mobility levels.

As a pet-friendly destination, Enlace Shoppes also welcomes visitors to bring their furry companions along as  they shop and dine.

Safety and sustainability remain priorities. Enlace Shoppes will include 24-hour security, surveillance systems,

and on-site emergency response. Public areas will be well lit, clean, and secure for families, seniors, and those  with mobility aids. Green building practices are incorporated through eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient  systems, rainwater harvesting, and drought-resistant landscaping.

Enlace Shoppes is well positioned to serve both residents of Pantai Sentral Park and visitors from neighbouring  areas. Set to open in 2029, Enlace Shoppes will be a hub that the community can shop for daily needs, enjoy  diverse dining experience, stay active and connect with nature–all within a thoughtfully planned integrated  environment.
